David Greenway

President & CEO

David Greenway is a respected CEO with more than 20 years of experience in corporate management, financing, and growth strategy development across a variety of public companies. Recognized for his strong leadership within the resource sector, he has built a reputation for identifying opportunities, securing strategic financing, and guiding companies through periods of expansion and market growth.
Throughout his career, Mr. Greenway has demonstrated a consistent ability to create shareholder value by combining strategic vision with practical execution. His expertise spans corporate development, capital markets, investor relations, and operational growth, allowing him to successfully position companies for long-term success in competitive global markets.
By leading and supporting numerous publicly listed companies, he has contributed significantly to their advancement, helping strengthen operations, expand market presence, and enhance overall corporate performance.

Richard Robins, B.A., MBA

Chief Financial Officer 

Mr. Richard Robins is a seasoned financial executive with over twenty years of
distinguished leadership and extensive expertise across multiple sectors, including
banking, financial technology (FinTech), mining, and public companies. His impactful
contributions have left an indelible mark on the financial landscape, demonstrating
remarkable acumen and strategic prowess.

Aida Reed

Corporate Secretary 

Aida Reed is a corporate administrative professional with 20 years’ experience in the capital markets facilitating public companies, various senior managements and boards of directors, as well as supporting corporate initiatives in multiple sectors in mining, tech, and oil & gas on Canadian, US and European stock markets. Known for her organization and management, she plays an important role leading the company in administrative processes, while working closely with the CEO, CFO and legal to oversee daily operations and corporate governance.

Natasha Doe, BCom

Controller

Natasha Doe is a highly skilled and accomplished CFO with dual CPA designations in Canada and Australia. Ms. Doe holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting degree from Edith Cowan University, providing her with a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles. She joins the company with more than 10 years of experience in senior finance roles over a wide range of industries, including mining, retail and technology.

John Percival

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr. Percival is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 50 years of experience. He is a member of several private and public mining companies in Australia, Canada and the United States. Previously as General Manager of Investments with Barclays Bank New Zealand Ltd., he was a successful fund manager where he managed over $450-million dollars.

Brad Dixon, B.Sc., JD

Director

Mr. Dixon, partner at Givens Pursley LLP and Litigation Group co-chair, brings 20+ years of experience specializing in complex commercial litigation. His expertise encompasses diverse disputes in construction, secured transactions, real estate, employment, and natural resources. With a strong track record, he delivers favorable outcomes for clients, leveraging his B.Sc. in Political Science (Boise State University) and JD (Willamette University College of Law).

Larry Segerstrom, MSc., MBA

Director

Mr. Segerstrom, a bilingual P.Eng and Geologist, possesses over 38 years of technical, operational, and business expertise. His contributions to the discovery and progress of numerous porphyry copper-gold projects are notable. With an MSc. in Economic Geology (University of Arizona) and an MBA in Global Management, he is widely respected as a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101 regulations, solidifying his reputation as a highly regarded industry professional.

Andrew Mugridge

Andrew Mugridge has been involved in the finance and marketing sectors since
entering the industry in 2006. His career began with consulting for publicly traded
companies, focusing on financial and marketing strategies that drive growth and
shareholder value.

Buster Hunsaker, B.S., M.S. - Senior Geologist and Qualified Person

Technical Advisor

Buster Hunsaker is an accomplished exploration geologist, providing comprehensive turn-key exploration services to senior and junior mining companies in North America, South  America, and Mongolia. With a wealth of experience and expertise, he excels in property  valuation, data analysis, and reporting, including the preparation of NI 43-101 Technical Reports. Mr. Hunsaker’s broad skill set, and industry knowledge make him a valuable asset in the successful execution of exploration projects. Mr. Hunsaker holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and advanced his knowledge and expertise by obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) in Economic Geology from Colorado State University.

Molly Hunsaker, B.Sc. - Exploration Geologist

Technical Advisor

Molly Hunsaker is a highly accomplished geologist who possesses a deep passion for earth sciences and exploration. With a diverse range of experience and a strong academic background, she has made significant contributions to the field throughout her career. Ms. Hunsaker holds a B.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Nevada, Reno. Her fieldwork expeditions in challenging and remote terrains have sharpened her expertise in rock and mineral identification, geological mapping, and data collection techniques.

Leo Hathaway B.Sc. , M.Sc.

Advisory Board

Mr. Hathaway is a distinguished geologist with extensive experience in the exploration and mining sector, spanning from grassroots exploration to feasibility and development stage projects. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Lumina Gold Corp and, since 2004, he has held senior positions such as the former Chief Geological Officer for Lumina Copper Corp and VP Exploration for Northern Peru Copper Corp, Regalito Copper Corp, Global Copper Corp, and Lumina Resources Corp. Additionally, he was a former partner in Lumina Capital LP. Prior to 2004, Mr. Hathaway worked with Inmet Mining in Europe, Australia, Central, and South America. Mr. Hathaway earned a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Applied Geology from the University of Plymouth, an M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration from the University of London, and he obtained his P.Geo. in 2004.

John Ryan, B.S., J.D.

Mr. Ryan has been an active entrepreneur and mining engineer in the resources sector for over twenty years. He has extensive experience in the natural resource sector having served as an officer and/or director of companies such as Bunker Hill Mining, Premium Exploration, Cadence Resources. High Plains Uranium, U.S. Silver Corporation, and Western Goldfields, Inc.

Dr. Mike Ressel, PhD

Advisory Board

Dr. Ressel is a consulting geologist providing services to the mining industry. Mike was an economic geologist and assistant professor for the Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology at the University of Nevada, Reno (“UNR”). Dr. Ressel obtained his PhD from UNR and is a fellow with the Society of Economic Geologists, an AIPG certified professional geologist, and active in many professional geoscience and mining organizations.
