Majuba Hill Copper Silver Gold Project

Project Overview

Majuba Hill is Copper One Resources Corp.’s flagship copper-silver-gold exploration project in Pershing County, Nevada. The property covers approximately 9,684 acres (3,919 hectares) and is located about 70 miles (113 road kilometres) southwest of Winnemucca and 156 miles (251 kilometres) northeast of Reno. The project benefits from year-round road access, nearby power and water, and access to Nevada’s experienced mining workforce.
Majuba Hill is a past-producing copper district with extensive historical underground workings and a large technical database comprising historical and modern drilling, geological mapping, surface geochemistry, geophysics, underground sampling and three-dimensional geological modelling. Copper One’s current work is focused on systematic drilling and technical studies to evaluate the scale, continuity and geological controls of the mineralized system. Additional drilling and technical work are required before the extent and economic significance of the system can be determined.

2026 Drill Program

Copper One completed a 4,015-foot (1,224-metre) Phase 1 core drilling program at Majuba Hill in 2026. The program included deep hole MHB-37B and hole MHB-38, which reached 608 feet (185.3 metres). Drilling intersected the targeted north-northwest-trending breccia corridor and provided new geological information on tourmaline alteration, brecciation, intrusive relationships and sulphide mineralization. Visual mineral identifications are preliminary and should not be considered a substitute for laboratory assays.
Core from Phase 1 was transported to the Company’s secure facility in Elko, Nevada for detailed logging, photography, sampling and preparation for analysis by ALS Laboratories. Copper One subsequently initiated a detailed geological study integrating core logging, thin-section petrography and grain-scale mineralogical and textural analysis to refine the geological model and future drill targeting.
Site preparation for Phase 2 included construction of four drill pads and associated access. On September 18, 2026, Copper One announced that it had engaged Evolve Exploration Nevada, LLC and expanded the planned Phase 2 program to up to 10,000 feet (3,048 metres) of HQ/PQ diamond core drilling. This expanded program supersedes the earlier 4,000-foot Phase 2 plan disclosed in August 2026.

  • Phase 1 completed: 4,015 feet (1,224 metres) of core drilling.
  • MHB-38 completed to 608 feet (185.3 metres).
  • Deep hole MHB-37B provided core for detailed geological and petrographic study.
  • Four Phase 2 drill pads and associated access completed.
  • Phase 2 expanded to up to 10,000 feet (3,048 metres); Evolve Exploration Nevada engaged as drill contractor.

2025 Drill Program

The 2025 spring program completed five diamond core holes, MHB-32 through MHB-36, for a combined 5,484.5 feet (1,671.7 metres). The program was designed to step out from known copper mineralization, test deeper and lateral extensions, and collect additional geological and analytical data for future technical evaluation.

MHB-32 returned two significant copper-mineralized zones within a broader interval of 379.5 feet (115.7 metres) grading 0.33% copper and 16.97 grams per tonne silver from 510 to 889.5 feet (155.5 to 271.1 metres). Reported intervals included:

  • 85 feet (25.9 metres) grading 0.64% copper and 50.89 g/t silver from 510 to 595 feet.
  • 5 feet (51.7 metres) grading 0.41% copper and 9.51 g/t silver from 720 to 889.5 feet.
  • Within the latter interval, 40 feet (12.2 metres) grading 1.36% copper and 13.33 g/t silver from 780 to 820 feet, including 10 feet (3.0 metres) grading 4.36% copper and 35.65 g/t silver from 805 to 815 feet.
True widths of the reported intervals had not been determined in the cited release. MHB-36 was designed using ExploreTech’s AI-assisted geophysical modelling to test a resistivity anomaly south of the previously defined mineralized footprint. The hole was extended to 1,100 feet (335.3 metres) after intersecting the predicted target area. Company geologists visually observed disseminated and vein-hosted chalcopyrite within intrusive rocks and magmatic-hydrothermal breccias; visual observations are not assay results and do not establish grade.

2024 Diamond Core Drilling

The 2024 program included new road construction to improve drill access and two diamond core holes completed by Big Sky Exploration, LLC. MHB-30 was drilled to 800 feet (244 metres) on a planned azimuth of 230 degrees and an inclination of minus 70 degrees. MHB-31 was drilled to 1,086 feet (331 metres) on a planned azimuth of 310 degrees and an inclination of minus 50 degrees. Downhole surveys confirmed the reported orientations. The holes tested breccia targets within the western copper zone and helped guide follow-up drilling in 2025.

Exploration Database and Geological Model

Majuba Hill has been explored through historical and modern drilling, underground development, geological mapping, surface geochemistry, magnetic and induced-polarization surveys, and three-dimensional modelling. Copper mineralization occurs in and around intrusive rocks and magmatic-hydrothermal breccias, with oxide and supergene copper mineralization near surface and sulphide mineralization at depth. The integration of drilling, geology, geochemistry and geophysics supports continued testing of priority breccia corridors, structural controls and deeper intrusive targets.

Geophysics and Geological Model

When all of the geological and drilling data is integrated with the magnetic and IP surveys it presents extremely compelling evidence that the hypogene sulfide copper porphyry mineralization known from MMX-24 and other historic deeper holes extends northeasterly.

There is a distinct association between the Magnetic Survey results and high copper values in historic drilling and underground mining. Three-dimension grade modeling of the known oxide copper mineralization shows copper values increasing to the south.  The oxide copper mineralization is along the edge of the eastern magnetic low.

IP Chargeability DS 200-400 m

IP Resistivity DS 400-600 m

Advancing Technical Evaluation

Copper One is advancing Majuba Hill through additional drilling, detailed core logging, petrographic and mineralogical studies, structural interpretation, geochemical sampling and continued refinement of the three-dimensional geological model. The objective is to improve the Company’s understanding of the distribution and controls of copper-silver-gold mineralization and to identify targets for further drilling. Majuba Hill does not currently have a mineral resource estimate disclosed in the reviewed news releases. Any future mineral resource estimate would require sufficient drilling, data verification, geological interpretation and preparation in accordance with NI 43-101 by or under the supervision of a Qualified Person.
