Redhill Copper-Zinc Project

Overview

The Redhill Property is a copper-focused exploration opportunity located south of Ashcroft, British Columbia, within the Kamloops Mining District. The project covers approximately 4,736.38 hectares across 18 mineral claims, forming a large, contiguous land package in an established mining region with direct access from the Trans-Canada Highway.

Redhill is prospective for volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralization, a deposit style commonly associated with copper, zinc, silver, and gold. Historical exploration has outlined zones of hydrothermal alteration and copper mineralization, providing a strong technical foundation for systematic follow-up work.

Location: South of Ashcroft, British Columbia
Mining District: Kamloops Mining District
Claim Area: Approximately 4,736.38 hectares / 11,703 acres
Claims: 18 mineral claims
Target Style: VMS mineralization
Primary Metals: Copper and zinc, with potential silver and gold association
Access: Trans-Canada Highway

Project Highlights

  • Large, contiguous land position in a well-established British Columbia mining region
  • Accessible by major transportation infrastructure via the Trans-Canada Highway
  • VMS-style copper-zinc target with documented hydrothermal alteration
  • Historical exploration completed by groups including Teck Resources Limited
  • Historical drilling reported copper and zinc intercepts requiring modern follow-up
  • Multiple target areas remain available for additional exploration along strike and at depth

Geological Setting

The Redhill Property covers a bimodal volcanic sequence consisting of mafic and felsic volcanic rocks, together with volcano-sedimentary and intrusive units. This geological environment is interpreted as a shallow, subaqueous island arc volcanic assemblage — a setting commonly associated with VMS deposits.

Mineralization occurs within sericite-altered felsic volcanic rocks and includes sulphide assemblages of pyrite, pyrrhotite, and chalcopyrite. The presence of hydrothermal alteration, sulphide mineralization, and historical copper-zinc intercepts supports Redhill’s potential as a VMS exploration target.

Local Geology

The Redhill Property covers a bimodal sequence of mafic and felsic volcanic rocks, together with associated volcano-sedimentary and intrusive units. The geological setting is interpreted as a shallow, subaqueous island arc volcanic assemblage, a setting commonly associated with volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposits containing copper, zinc, silver, and gold.

Geological interpretations for the VMS target area are based on work completed by Teck Resources Limited (Evans, 1999), which identified volcanic sequences designated H1, H2, and H3.[1] These interpretations are supported by subsequent geophysical surveying, including a transient electromagnetic (TEM) survey (Woods, 2006), as well as diamond drilling.

The Company considers this historical geological information to be relevant to the current understanding of the Property; however, a Qualified Person has not performed sufficient work to independently verify data. Accordingly, such information should not be relied upon as an indication of future exploration results.

There is no assurance that further exploration will result in the delineation of mineral resources.

Option Agreement

Copper One has entered into an option agreement to earn up to a 100% interest in the Redhill Property. Under the agreement, the company may acquire the property through staged cash payments and exploration expenditures over time.

Cash payments include:

  • $20,000 upon execution of the agreement, paid
  • $25,000 on or before the first anniversary
  • $30,000 on or before the second anniversary
  • $40,000 on or before the third anniversary
  • $50,000 annually from the fourth through ninth anniversaries
  • $500,000 on or before the tenth anniversary

Exploration expenditures include:

  • $100,000 on or before the first anniversary
  • $150,000 on or before the second anniversary
  • $150,000 on or before the third anniversary
  • $200,000 on or before the fourth anniversary
  • $300,000 on or before the fifth anniversary

Excess exploration expenditures may be carried forward to later periods. Completion of the transaction remains subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approvals.

Exploration Opportunity & Project Outlook

Redhill represents a strategic addition to a copper-focused exploration portfolio, combining a favorable British Columbia location, known copper-zinc mineralization, historical technical work, and meaningful untested exploration potential.

With its large land package, VMS-style geological setting, historical copper-zinc intercepts, and access to established infrastructure, Redhill provides a compelling platform for disciplined exploration in the Kamloops Mining District.

Future exploration is expected to focus on confirming and validating historical results, testing potential extensions along strike and at depth, evaluating known hydrothermal alteration zones, and prioritizing targets defined by historical geology, geophysics, and drilling. This work will support the development of a modern technical dataset and help determine the scale potential of mineralization across the property.
